Dear Parents, I am very excited to be your child's teacher this year for Math Models. Please feel free to contact me at any time if you have any questions or concerns. I have provided the school phone number and my e-mail address below. Math can be very challenging for some students, therefore asking questions and getting help on concepts that they do not understand is so very important. Please encourage your child to seek extra help if they do not understand the work. I offer morning tutorials at 7:15am on Wednesdays and Thursdays but am willing to arrange other days if a student makes arrangements. Also on my site you will find a supply list and my grading policy. I am planning to check out books to the students next week when all of the classes have been set. Until then any assignments will be able to be completed without the book. We have CDs which contain a copy of the textbook. If you would like your child to bring home a copy of the textbook on CD please send me a request at the e-mail below. There is a $5 charge for these CDs. If you have any questions that I have not answered please feel free to contact me. My conference period is from 8:50-9:30 Monday - Friday.
